Hi everyone,
I was just wondering , is it Okay to give an upfront medical test after completing an express entry profile? or should i wait for an ITA and eventually, CIC's order to get a medical report ?. Furthermore, I don't know how long the whole medical process is gonna take here, in India. So thinking of doing my medical in advance to save myself from the last minute hiccups.
Any help regarding this would be appreciated:)
thanks

It depends on your overall score. If you think you have enough points to get picked in the next couple of rounds, you can go for your upfront medical exam in advance. But if your score is not near the lowest cutoff for the latest round, you should better wait for an ITA first.

Medicals are valid for 1 year and you should give ample time to IRCC for processing, as delays can happen often and you might not like to redo exams midway the processing or let it be a reason for the delay from your side.
