Upfront medical for pregnant spouse

i am waiting for ITA and i understand that we have to submit upfront medical with APR, but my wife is 6 months pregnant and she cant undergo medical examination. Does that lead to cancellation of ITA or put application on hold? Anyone with similar experience please share views.

We just submitted our documents after the ITA, and received a message saying that it was cancelled for being incomplete. We wonder if this was the reason - lack of x-ray in the pregnant spouse documentation. Not sure, though.

the application will be put on hold. the doctor will put a note in with your results that they couldn't do the xray due to pregnancy and they'll just hold it till she can submit the xray.
