Hi everyone,
I just want to ask about this line from the CIC website:
"Your medical exam results are valid for 12 months only. If you do not come to Canada as a permanent resident within that time, you may need to have another exam."
I am sponsoring my husband and he did his upfront medical exam mid February 2016. CIC received our application March.7th. What happens if decision is made a little bit less than a year later? ie: end of January. Does this mean he has to rush to Canada before his medical exam expires?
Thanks. I know I'm getting ahead of myself ;D
