Hello,
I am post-ITA and did an upfront medical exam last week. They did not give me any paper on the day. will they send me the test results? I am waiting for the results to submit the profile.

Also, for the education part, is just WES results okay? Should I also include transcripts and diplomas?

Thank you in advance

About upfront medicals - No, they should've given you two papers. One is an information sheet (I think that's what I uploaded in my application) and there's another document similar to it (just different name). Call the hospital ask them for the info sheet + other doc (they will know what you are asking about if you mention info sheet). Since, we do upfront medicals, the hospital generates and IMEXXX form for us to submit (info sheet).

About WES - A good practice is to create a PDF (starting with your highest educational qualification/degree at the top) following the order: Degree then transcripts then WES. That keeps a nice flow of reading for someone going through your docs.

Thank you for the clarification, I sent an email and called them. Still no response. Waiting :)

I wouldn't email them. Just call them and ask for information sheet+the other doc. No point in waiting. I don't know how they missed giving you those two papers, very odd.

They just sent me "Tracking Sheet" now, they entered "upfront medical type: Visitor", since I am neither a student or a worker, it should be okay

Wait! My hospital told me that "Visitor", "Student" results into remedical where IRCC sends another IME form to you. They suggested I select "Worker" for my upfront medicals. You need to get this assumption checked by others here (or search the forum for a relevant case).

Oh damn! when they asked I answered I am applying for PR with express entry, so they selected the type. I just sent again an email to double check. In the meantime maybe someone in the group sees this thread

I agree with you, it needs to be "worker".

Recently one of my friends was denied an upfront Medical exam for FSWP - Express Entry - PR. The staff at Hospital informed him that they are accepting upfront medicals only for Students and Work Permits.

for PR applicants, wait for Medical Request from IRCC in the GCKEY account.

Thank you. I searched the forum and some people got approved even though the hospital typed as a student, so I sent my application. fingers crossed :)

All the best, please post an update here once you get approved.

Hello All,

I have received the ITA for the Express entry draw, I'm an inland applicant (in Canada) while completing the application I saw there is a place for upfront medical upload, I had an assumption that with the new policy upfront in not required, Just to add, I had never given medicals in past to come to Canada.

Any pointer will be very helpful

As per IRCC, you can go ahead and upload a blank page. when the time comes, they will send you a request for medical examination
