Updating the VO

I am the sponsor and I am in Canada,,, he is the applicant in Dubai, who was asked the additional documents..

if he is residing in Dubai you have an option to send it to him and then he will forward it to them, as they VO is in the same country (Abu Dhabi)
Also for sending directly to them from Canada, most likely this will not be a problem, As I mentioned before the applicant (your husband) can be on vacation, in Europe or any other place and can send any additional document request from where ever he wants, including Canada.

and you don't need to fill that form , as they are not releasing any information to you , this form is used when ordering CAIPS notes from a third party.

Hi munchkin80: if they are asking for your Notice of Assessment (NOA), then you can, for sure, send them NOA from Canada. Did you miss Option-C print out to add with the original application ?

No actually I was appying while I was living outside Canada which is why I thought I didnt need it at that time.. however now im back in Canada with a full time job and I need to submit the NOA, t4 and t1 which is what they are asking of me... no option C was requested...
