Yes, they received it only 21 days ago. No UCI, just a file number

Just an update, my husband received an email from CIC today giving us 45 days to send in the updated form, it said on the email that applications RECEIVED after August 1st need the updated IMM1344, I'm glad that a) nothing else is wrong 2) they haven't mistaken my application for an Inland one.

Ya! The email was dated August 27th. I'm an Outland applicant though, not Inland.

That's strange because apparently they are working on applications from June still. And I also am outland. Well good for you anyway. Congratulations.

I think they just do a quick check at the start to make sure the application is complete before actually processing it, I don't think they were actually going to make a decision yesterday had I not been missing anything

I'm glad too! So much more efficient than the Inland route :/
I mailed it today and it will arrive at CIC before 5:30PM tomorrow.
It helps that I live like 15 mins away lol

I have sent my wife's application on August 08, still waiting to hear from Mississauga. Came to know yesterday that we have to send new IMM1344 form, hope everything will be fine

I received an email this morning with two attached letters. The first one asks for the following but only the IMM1344 highlighted and second one specifically addressed to me with file No. requires the August version of IMM1344.
Extracts of first letter:
• Application to Sponsor, Sponsorship Agreement and Undertaking (IMM1344 08-2014 or later);
• Generic Application form for Canada (IMM0008 06-2014 or later); and
• Schedule A (IMM5669 12-2012 or later) – as opposed to IMM008 Schedule 1 (if applicable)

Extracts of second letter:
• You must provide a current and completed Application to Sponsor, Sponsorship Agreement and Undertaking (IMM1344) bearing signatures.
They have asked to send the form to this address

CPC ─ Mississauga / CTD ─ Mississauga
P.O. Box 6100, Station A / CP 6100, Station A /
Mississauga, Ontario
L5A 4H4

I guess on this address having P.O. Box number, courier cannot be send. But if I send through normal mail it will take lot of days from Pakistan (2 week, I suppose)

Question: Should I send on the above addressed as they have asked or courier it to 2 Robert Speck Parkway, Suite 300, Mississauga, ON, where I initially sent my package on August 6, 2014.

Send it to the address they listed. That is the intake office and it is not the same as when you originally send the application. This Intake office, they will make sure they attach the newly sent paper with the rest of your application. Make sure you put a copy of the letter they sent you on top, so the I take people can see the correspondence to make it easier to find the rest of your application.

Today I have sent new IMM1344 along with the copy of letters to Application Intake CPC – Mississauga via courier. I asked the clerk on the reception desk to double check with his supervisor if PO Box address could be delivered via courier, which he confirmed, saying since the address has postal code it will be delivered. The receipt has tracking number plus they will confirm the receipt of package via text message as well. Now, have to wait till Wednesday!!!
