They mean you need to have reference letters from companies till the datebyrwus said:Gladaki, what does "up-to-date letters of reference" mean?
Yeah thanks for that ...it's just hard to ask those employers to add NOC now..byrwus said:I do not know wwhether you are correct or not.
I am just bringing your attention to this as you have had enough of troubles.
They only have to add the NOC to the letter if your employer knows the NOC.gladaki said:Yeah thanks for that ...it's just hard to ask those employers to add NOC now..
And last exp letter as I updated the new letters are issued in August 2013 ..thanks again
Any thoughts on this one? I'm getting a little worried. I hope this would not be a problem. Totally missed that note in the checklist to blackout the SIN number.searing_heat said:I resubmitted my application yesterday (with all new forms and updated reference letter). However, I forgot to blackout the SIN information on tax documents. I'm assuming it wont be a big deal. Would it?
If I'm not mistake, you've already submitted your application yesterday or the day before.searing_heat said:Any thoughts on this one? I'm getting a little worried. I hope this would not be a problem. Totally missed that note in the checklist to blackout the SIN number.

So I am in the process of sending off my application tomorrow. Re-submitting as I've had a refusal previously but I have two questions please:
1.Question 6d on the IMM 5669 form asks if you have ever been refused a permanent resident visa to which I have indicated yes and attached a note along with the refusal email indicating why. Do I need to provide anything more?
- No, that's all you need.
2. From reading the instruction guide re: IELTS it states that you are allowed to submit a copy if you already submitted the original if sent after June 26 2010 and also if the original test results were not returned to you. Do I also have to provide a note indicating this?
- If I were you, I would attach a note referring to the point on the document checklist, just to make sure the VO is aware of that rule.
Thanks in advance.
