Unprocessed

Hi all,

WE received an email a few days ago about our application was incomplete and we have 45 days to provide with the documentation missing if not our application will be sent back as Unprocessed.

My question to all of you is if, we can send a letter to tell them not to wait the 45 days and just sent the application back unprocessed so that we update information in forms and use a representative?

I guess no problems doing that, right?

It would be far easier and faster to just send the missing information.

you are lucky that they did not send back your application rather they are asking it from you .. its better to give them the missing info asap .. nd the time frame is 45 days but it doesnt mean that they will take exactly 45 days to reopen ur file..if you provide the doc earlier they will start processing it .. they also gave me 1 month to upload a doc but i gave it the day they asked and within 1 week my file got transffered to the VO..
