Well, the first thing to do is get admitted first. Send in you high school transcripts and all other transcripts for courses you took. You should also try and get your course details/outlines and have these with you. Once you get accepted to the programme, then the transferring of credits comes next. Remember though, that they dont transfer Engineering courses, and I think you will still have to do the 4 years but with a lighter course load than if you didnt transfer.

Still no update. Sent in the supporting documents for hubby's Masters application and those were updated immediately. The only thing missing for him now is his SOP. Going to send that this week. If he gets his acceptance before me, then we'll use his letter for the visa application and when he is done with his Masters, then I would complete my Bachelors.

Why don't u apply as fresher?? And which clg/uni did ur hubby applied into?.

Well, I have to get accepted first, whether as a fresher or otherwise. The transfer credits only kick in later. Hubby also applied to Usask.

The transfer credits and fresher applications are two different things scotchy.. There is nothing that u need to be accepted later credits kick in...
