i haven't applied yet...will be applying in university of Saskatchewan and regina in 1 st week of feb. please tell me about the LOR stuff...thanks

Sorry dude i am not sure regarding Graduate program, As i applied to UG so there is no need of LOR for me..

But best way for your question would be answered by U of S International Recruitment and Admissions.

You just need to email your question and you will get a response within 2 days. Their email address is "international@usask.ca"

These guys are amazing and you will get a quick response from them.. Working hours are from Mon - Friday. Local time from 8:30 am - 4:30pm.

Guys... I am thinking to apply but I have some doubts...

1. I have done B.Tech in Civil Engg. (4 years) with 5.98 CGPA... Can I get admission in Masters??
2. If I cant get admission in Masters... can I get in Post graduation diploma?
3. What is the difference in Masters and Post grad diploma?? what will be its effect on getting PR and Work permit?

Hi kiranreddy. First of congrats for getting admission in Uni of Saskatchewan. I am also interested in applying for the undergraduate programs. I got 83% in 10th and 74% in 12th. I am trying to get admission in one of the engineering disciplines. You think I have a chance? Please help me out. Also can you please tell me the fees for 1 whole year for international students.

Yes dude u can get admitted into College of Engineering without any problem.. Your Profile is fine and also meeting their requirements..

Take an IELTS exam, get a minimum Score of 6.5(Overall) (If you are don't require an IELTS then its good) and apply to Uni's and also send them your Scanned Copies of Supporting Documents.. I am sure you will get an acceptance..

The Tuition Fees for one academic year of Engineering would be $15500 CAD.. If you are an International Student.

Hello scotchy007, If u have submitted all the supporting documents and when you check your application status if they acknowledge that they received it..

Its Gonna take Max of 1 week.. i guess so.. If u see your application status changed to "Decision Made".. You just email the International Recruitment and Admission Committee regarding what decision has been made and they will give you a quick response.

That's what i did.. I applied on 28 Dec as the University was closed untill 1 Jan. They received my application with Supporting documents on 2nd Jan.. I took my IELTS on 5th Jan got results on 18th Jan.. then received my TRF on 21st Jan.. i scanned and sent them the TRF. As soon as i sent the next following day my application status changed to "Decision Made". So i emailed the International Recruitment and Admission and they replied me on 23rd Jan.. that i got an acceptance into College of Engineering in Sept Fall 2013.

Well thanks for the information. I have already given the IELTS. I got a 7.5 band score. Also ... do I have to apply through a consultant or should I apply directly? I am an international student. And which supportig document do I have to scan? The 10th and 12th marksheets right? Which other docs are required? Just marksheets and IELTS? Once again thanks for taking the time to reply.

You need your 10th, 12th High School Transcripts, Your IELTS TRF (State the TRF Number and Highlight it.) and a updated CV (Mentioned some matters like You were a House captain or you did some projects, charity etc...)

A letter of intent(Optional) stating why do u wanna study at saskatchewan.. include some research pograms Co-op industries names etc..
