Thank you very much for such a useful reply....!! So, thing is like.... I have to arrange fund = my 1 year's fee + misc. expense... (initially) after paying 1 year tuition fee... Get education loan and that's enough (financially) for getting student visa. Is it ok?

I have done B.Tech in Civil Engg. with 5.98 CGPA (NIT Nagpur) with 3 years of work experience. I heard that atleast 70% or 7.00 CGPA required in bachelor to get admission in Masters, is that true?
