I have got acceptance letter with conditional acceptance . Can i apply for visa with that ? I got letter from university of Regina with 1 year scholarship. And help me in visa process thanks.

hi I aplied in MEng ESE
I have got conditional acceptance shown in application status on 20th jun. but still i didnot get my Conditional LOA now what should i do. how can i get the unconditional LOA? should i send them my docs without their condtional LOA for uncnditional Letter.
