Work Experience: 8 months as sales & application engineer.

Still i didn't send transcript and recommendation letter.Today status is showing Decision made & Contact Admission Office. My Profile: 10th 80%. 12th 70%. Is it better to apply in may for Meng program?As uregina is offering admissions in may session. Or I should apply in sept session?
As MAy session consists of less number of applicants. But I have heard due to low number of applicants, they have less number of seats.
When are MAXIMUM number of chances? MAY OR SEPT?
