University of Manitoba Fall 2017 intake, Study Permit Query

I am applying from Islamabad Pakistan for Computer Science in UOM fall intake 17. My father is in KSA, he is employed there in a construction company. He has transferred 52000 CAD in my account to show the bank statement. The money is in my account from March 2017. My yearly fees is around 15000 CAD and i have paid half tution fees which is around 8800 CAD from my country. Now i want to apply study permit in May 2017. What financial documents i need to show? what should i show to prove strong ties with my home country?

Actually i am worried that the bank statement would be mine not of my father, because he transferred the amount into my account from KSA. And mostly students show bank statements of their parents i.e. mostly father.
