i applied to centennial college and got admission for fall intake in biotechnology-advanced
got admission in Toronto institute of pharmaceutical technology-but this college is a private college so i am not so intrested in it though i got admission for june 20
The third one is u of manitoba-msc in pharmacology ...i really wanted to get into this but chances are very low.....i dont think o for my profile thet would give admission...

@kvrv yeah thank u ..But i have to pay the tution fee by april 1 ...before that i should get the response from university.....so am in tense mode

U can transfer the credits once getting dere. So it won't be a problem..

@sparsha may i ask that if you have 4 years of experience whats the reason you are going on study basis and not directly for work ?

Does ottawa considers the applicant if he/she gets rejected by carlton ?

@abhas.. acceptance by ottawa/carleton depends upon the profile. If ur profile fits best in other university when rejected by other den dey do consider u.

Hi Abhas,

I wanted to do MS since long time... even after 10 years down the line .. I am ready to do it... In fact I say, MS, after a certain years of experience will help you lot, not just in admission, but also to analyze how the subjects are used by you in real- time production environment.
Actually my UG is in ECE, my experience is in software... So I waited for few years to get a better understanding of software and then pursue Masters.

I think Ottawa definitely considers an applicant once rejected by Carleton.... I am not sure of this scenario!...

did you apply to Carleton or Ottawa?...
Yes waiting is terribly bad... my results from Manitoba and Victoria should have come by this time... it's almost been 3 months... I applied in Dec,2015.

Yes indeed this waiting period is terrible... I applied to Manitoba and Carleton on 11 Jan 16.

I applied to Manitoba on the 1st of March (Exact Deadline) and I'm shocked to hear that you haven't got a reply in 3 months. But, most universities don't have process applications as soon as they are received, they wait till the deadline has passed, to outweigh students with each other.

I think you'll definitely hear from them by the end of this month.

I have heard that the deadline for documents sending is 30 April and there is a possibility that they will give there response after that... Its it true?

The fact is the deadline was January 30th and the deadline for sending supporting documents was February 15th.

Was there?.. I didn't find such an option when I applied to MS in CS course work.. I applied separately to both universities!...
Carleton will reply shortly... It doesn't take much time!...
