Wow. I don't know why UAE office this slow. Taking really way too much time. Patience running out already.
I have the same issue. I received an email from IRCC that they sent me a message regarding my application, however when I tried to log in, I had no history of anything, my application has disappeared.

I have submitted my application on 9th June 2022.. no update since then..Eligibility under review.
I got the same email as well, but nothing is there.
People in another thread have called IRCC automated service and were able to know the status of their applications. I haven't called myself though.
Interesting.. I was really excited to receive the email from IRCC after 9 months of waiting, but seems like it is just part of the technical issue.
You mean using the IRCC Canadian phone number or specifically the office number in the country of applying?
I Applied for visitor visa on 2/6/22 from Dubai , and i already have valid biometric since i visited Canada few years ago , it was shown under Biometric no need and also shown valid up to 2029 , 2 days ago i received BIL and the Biometric status changed to Completed on 29 July 2022.

I think they still attend to the GC Key portal, especially if it's not old application. So, yeah no need to send new application since it's January application
