Unique request - Need help

I am a permanent resident of Canada but for some reason I do need a copy of the documents I submitted to CIC for my permanent residency back in 2011. Is it possible to ask for a copy of the docs I submitted? I will obviously be ready to pay for the administrative fee.

Any guidance will be highly appreciated.

Do you have an access to your GC key login and password?
If so, as far as i know, you can download or request documents from your GC key account of my CIC.
See Access to Information section on CIC, that might be helpful.

GC key was not applicable back in 2011, send your request via webform, http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/contacts/web-form.asp
