hello
i have done bachelor of electronics and communication from GTU india than i went to london(UK) for MSc advanced engineering and finished it august 2015. after that i went to Toronto and New your for visit and came back before finished visa (2 November). while i was in canada i have been applied for study permit within that but Cic refused it and ask me to do from home country. i have got first refusal over there. further i have applied again for study permit 2 weeks ago in Wireless telecommunication- certification course (8 months) but unfortunately again i got refused.(other reason mentioned ) can i do third time again or do i need to put any gap after refusal? i have done IELTS with 6.5 no less than 5.5 and i have been accepted at humber college for wireless telecommunication certification course. i have paid GIC 10,000$ and i have 14500$ bank balance and already paid my first sem tuition fees. and i have submit all academic documents and all required documents like IT returns, 6 months job experience letter which i have done in london after graduation, HSC markshit, and i have submit good SOP with it etc
i dont understand why visa officer refused my application. any suggestion please

The refusal isn't surprising. It doesn't make sense for you to be taking a certificate after completing a Masters. A certificate is a significantly lower level of education than a Masters.

PhD or rather , Apply for a job there and request a closed permit.

SO TELL ME WHICH COURSE IS SUITABLE FOR ME? OR WHAT SHOULD I HAVE TO SELECT?

No one can tell which course is suitable for you.. your life, your problem.

A certificate course after a master's degree? Really? If you read your SOP back to yourself, are you able to truly convince yourself that your true intention is to study and not just enter Canada?

Also, Markshit(?) and an IELTS score of only 6.5 after studying in the UK? Quite shocking I'd say

After a master's degree, another master's degree in a relevant associated field, or something that furthers your previous research or a PhD is the recommended option
