Undertaking and CSQ Accepted - What now?

Hi guys,

My wife is my sponsor and I am the applicant.

So if you are familiar with the process for people living in Quebec, here is a recap:

1. Apply for Sponsorship (Spouse)
2. The Federal Government sends a letter to the sponsor saying if they are eligible to sponsor or not and ask you to apply for Undertaking application and CSQ (for the sponsored)
3. After MIFI accepts both, they send you documents (Confirmation letters and the CSQ)

So now we are in phase 3. We have received letters confirming that the Undertaking of my wife has been accepted, and they gave me my CSQ.

Now I would like to know, what is the next step?

Are we supposed to do something? Because in the letter they ask us to check what to do next, however when we go to the IRCC site, it seems that we need to wait for the Federal Government for something,

Can you please help?
