understanding GCMS notes

Hi seniors please advise :

I am PNP outland , got my gcms notes , saying my NOC is employer driven , as i dont have any offer letter from any employer from SK , my friend applied notes and his noc says non employer driven , why does it say employer driven in my case ? any help would be appreciated, thanks

Whatever you have job offer or not; EMPLOYER DRIVEN terms seems off better importance, in general.

I wanted to know when it says review is required on your GMCS notes (spousal sponsorship), is it like saying an interview is required? do they like review your app from scratch or is it just a formality and they will go as per last officer's review? They made a mistake on the notes regarding our date of mariage (even tho they have our mariage certificate on file) and it also says they have not received our CSQ which we did sent. I'm not sure if any of you have seen mistakes on your GMCS notes, but it's ridiculous. Because of these mistakes, it says review required. I sent a CSE with a copy of our CSQ, and i asked them to update the info on our file.

You are flagged with "review required". Without knowing your case, this could be bad or simply nothing...perhaps they will just verify that you met the 12 months of full-time experience in CEC, that's all.

Mine came in after 50 days but after making follow-up email. A lot people not receiving on their given timeline so it is normal considering current processing time.

My previous application was refused as my Singapore Police Cert didn't arrive on time. This is recorded in my notes and then says Potential Adverse Information- Applicant is refer in FOSS details.

Also the Singapore Ministry of Education who I worked for wouldn't give me the required letter (it is their strict policy!!) so I had to upload a LOE and a copy of my contract. Not sure if it could be that either.

Notes say Potential Adverse Info and the Case Analyst recommendation is Review Required.

I think it may be because I had an application turned down in the past because a Police Cert wasn't processed on time. It was an administration error from the Singaporean Police Force and I forwarded a letter from them admitting their mistake to the CIC. AS a result of this application being turned down my working extension visa was turned down also. It was very disappointing and I hope its not causing more problems now.

Wait and see I guess.

i was refused student visa for canada in 2014, in that application i dint show any work exp, i had 1 year exp though i showed some student course which i was simultaneously persuing with work........now in EE i dint mention that course as i dint claim points for it, but i have shown that 1 year exp ......will this have any issus on my FOSS check(it was paper based aplication for student then).....i mentioned visa refusal on EE...........i never enterd canada, so im fsw outland.

all my gcms are showing the same as of 5.5 months........A11.2 met, R10 complete.....im tensed about the above scenario of me not mentioning work exp in stu visa application.
