understanding GCMS notes

Hi. It's been more than 45 days I ordered gcms notes and the representative states they haven't got those, and that they sent a follow up request. Do you know any reason for such delays ?

Its been 40 days since I ordered my 2nd GCMS notes, I followed up with gcmsNow , they forwarded my enquiry to CIC....still waiting

Got my GCMS Note today dated Jul 6th.

A little bit worry.

I have 2 year foreign work experience from two diffident companies, however 1 or 2 years foreign experience would make any diffidence, since the CRS point system awards the same point for 1-2 year foreign experience.


The note covers the verification call from Hong kong visa office, notes as below:

2016/06/22 Text: *******************************Exempt from ATIP Release as per Act 16.1****************************PA''s employment with Company A as technical manager from July 2009 to Aug 2010 confirmed genuine.


2016/06/02 Text: *********************************Exempt from ATIP Release as per Act 16.1**********************************Suspect fraud for PA's employment with Company B.

Company B is already closed, I asked the old manager to sign the letter, but the old company phone number did not work.

In this case, with only 1 year foreign experience, my CRS point remain the same.

So, do I need to worry and do something?

Update on my case, received another GCMS note, every thing remained the same, except the visa officer completely removed those scary word (red words above), everything about this note has gone.

Do you guys think it is a good sign or not?

And looks like visa officer will remove and edit wording in the GCMS note.

No I don't, because nothing really happens when a due date arrives.

Eligibility: Not Started
Security: Not Started
HIRV:
Criminality: Passed
Org Crime:
Medical: Passed
Misrepresentation:
Other Reqs:
Final:

R10 is OK, the eligibility says not started, but i see the education part is completed as below:

Text: ***AGENT REVIEW*** EDUCATION EDUCATION DOCUMENTS Canadian educational credential on file;credential reviewed; Canadian institute recognized; Credential is consistent with level of education claimed by PA under EE eligibility. Diploma two years ECA report verified on issuing agency website; foreign credential confirmed on ECA site. ECA Canadian Equivalency Summary reported by issuing agency as Bachelor's degree. Credential is consistent with the level of education claimed by PA under EE eligibility.


I guess my question is: I applied notes on July 5 (2.5 months after AOR) and the A.11 or eligibility is not even started? Is this normal ?

When should i order my next notes to make sure everything is OK with A.11 ?

i think its normal because My Aor is April 17. i received my notes on 19 july and only R10 ok. A11.2 not started and file transffered to CPC- ottawa.

Do you see in your notes file transferred to ottawa?

If the file is going to be transferred to Local visa offices outside Canada, A.11 is done within 2 or 3 weeks and then transferred for security and officer review.
But in your case the file might be processed fully in Canada and in that case A.11 is met after 4 months or so. Nothing to worry about here.

that would make sense, i assume because I'm a CEC applicant, my file would be fully processed in Canada.
I see my primary office as CPC-Ottawa and secondary as Centralized Intake office
