understanding GCMS notes

hi all ...I just got my GCMS after 24 days,

please help me understand my situation:

Eligibility not Started,

security not started,

criminality/medicals PASSED.

EE ASSESSMENT: PASSED CANDIDATE...........IAD 0....LITIGATION 0.

Agent REVIEW A11.2 having analysed the application and the info contained in the application and docs submitted by applicant A11.2 decision :MET, crs more than cut off selection criteria appears MET.....AWARDED POINTS for WORK EXPERIENCE at XXX.....reference letter confirms applicants experience for specific period and describes duties which are CONSISTENT with NOC skill level A. Reference letter confirms full time or equivalent part time exp.

Agent review 2: R10 police certificates R10 ok, all police certificates available. ECA verified on website and degree credentials are consistent.
CRIMINALITY PASSED.

Agent review 3 service support agent : EE application sent for R10 review, minimum requirements met, no representative used, MEDICAL Attached: yes, ECA with foreign credentials attached.....IELTS received, met threshold.....DOCS set for review: EDUCATION POF, police certificate

2nd page availble funds is shown as MET. (single applicant)

Please reply, iam very stressed.

Looks fine. Both R10 and A11.2 are passed. Now your file should be at your LVO so the Officer responsible of your application works on your Eligibility and triggers Security but as far as R10 and A11.2 are ok so your eligibility is almost passed.

Work experience is checked in Ottawa only if you are a CEC or FSW Inland applicant. It is completely ignored by Ottawa or LVO if you have a nomination, because they just assume that the check has been done by the regional nomination board. The LVO usually does the check mostly for FSW Outland. As long as your NOC is met at Ottawa, the rest of the work experience check is a breeze coz it is done mainly as a formality. As per my GCMS notes my all checks have been performed in CPC-Ottawa except security although i am FSW outlander. Kindly advise if it is possible:
I am FSW outlander but my primary office is CPC-Ottawa (instead of NDVO) and secondary office is CIO. All checks have been done in Mar'16 (except security) successfully but nothing has come afterward. My AOR is 13th Feb.

Singapore VO is facing massive delays - just be patient. Even if your notes on the first couple of pages say your eligibility and criminality has not started, you need to check pages 6-7 to see actual progress on eligibility and page 28-35 (work experience) for background check details and pages 36-37 for criminality check progress. The information on the status in the first couple of pages is sometimes not updated due to delay in process based on missing documents that they have had to request from you and other related stuff. I am FSW outlander but my primary office is CPC-Ottawa (instead of NDVO) and secondary office is CIO. All checks have been done in Mar'16 (except security) successfully but nothing has come afterward. My AOR is 13th Feb.

Initial checks of eligibility, security, education, criminality and medicals are all done in Ottawa (because they check completion of application and if you are meeting the score that you received an ITA for), but detailed checks for FSW Outland are usually done by the LVO of their country of citizenship or residence. So, yes, your case is an anomaly - probably because NDVO is quite overflowing No worries - this may result in two situations:
Either Ottawa continues to be your primary VO and does your security (I don't think this will happen, since they have their own cases of CEC and PNP & FSW Inland applicants)OR
Your file is transferred to your local VO (NDVO) for security and a more detailed look at eligibility and education (which is what happens in almost all FSW Outland cases from my experience) - probable outcome.

How long after receiving your AOR did you order your GCMS? If you give me this date, I can reply more accurately.

Well, this is the last updated note (Jan 30) in my GCMS file, before my file was transferred to the Singapore Office.

Does this mean my application met A11.2? YES

However, none of the notes mentioned anything about my NOC or work experience. Check pages 6-7 (eligibility) and pages 28-36 (work experience).

Actually i am OINP-Outland AOR-29th JAN. As per my GCMS notes my R10 was taken care at CIO and A 11.2 at CPC-Ottawa then on 5th May, 2016 my file was transferred to NDVO and its already been 1.5 months and my BGC is still "Not Needed at this time". God knows what they are checking at NDVO.

As I have said before, they check everything in detail at local VO - it takes the longest here. Your R10 is only an indication that your application is complete and you still meet EE eligibility (based on supporting documents provided) and your A11.2 is just to check that your nominated NOC generally matches all your stated work experience. Everything else, including validation of supporting documents provided are checked at LVO, so they will take time. Hope this helps. Cheers & good luck!

Hey Guys, Wanted to know how long does NDVO usually takes for security check?

Here is my timeline:
Jan 19th AOr. FSW Inland

April 20- File transferred to NDVO due to workload

June 22- GCMS notes say Eligibility- met, Criminality- Passed, Medical- Passed, Security- Not Started.

Basically the first 3 were checked at Ottawa and cleared by FEBRUARY. I dont think NDVO has done any thing yet or did they?

If you are a CEC Inland applicant currently working, then you do not need to show any POF.
