looks A-OK , now visa officer has to take the final decision.

I submitted my PCC on Mid April, which is two months after the AOR. Should'nd they already check the criminality by now?

Sometimes they clear the pending pcc with security, ie at the very end, at least in my case it happened so.

Analyst is the second ranking person and has significant authority over a case. but officer takes the final decision

This is it, my GCMS was similar, I believe analyst was satisfied and did not proceed with other investigation

cool, are u fsw outland or inland....secondly analyst approval is almost CO approval right?.....as CO doesnt investigate if i know.

not yet....eligibility says not started and file transferred to local office.

Since mine was processed ottawa it could be different than that of NDVO, may be some one from NDVO can shed some lights about their GCMS,

but in my case:

AOR + 3 days Support Service Agent (Documents check)
AOR + 6 days AGENT REVIEW (R10)
AOR + 7 days transfer to CPC-Ottawa
AOR + almost 4 months ANALYST RECOMMENDATION A11.2

I, NDVO, file transferred to local VO after A11.2 met and Eligibility: Not Started.
