This section appears on some people which are not requested by CIC any kind of forms. Can anyone shed some light into this?

Check if the date corresponds to an office transfer, perhaps from Ottawa to your local VO. That's how it appeared in my notes.

I recently got GCMS notes for my Express entry application which is currently in process. Can somebody help interpret these comments for me. I am trying to understand if there are any issues I should be concerned about here. Any help would be appreciated...

It seems you are being assessed for FSW, even if you have Canadian work experience. Did you get your ITA as FSW? They are looking for proof of funds, and it seems the proof you provided does not meet the funds requirement for your family size.

You should be concerned about the beginning of Note 1 which says "Proof of funds not met". If the proof of funds you submitted isn't sufficient it can cause you major problems. My suggestion is that you submit an updated POF with the minimum required amount for your application via CSE as soon as you can.

You can use OCR to convert it to text.

I have shown proof of funds more than the eligibilty. The only issue i can think of is that i accidently stated 15000 as the amount in form instead of the actual minimum amount stated on cic website.

I also see , the officer mentions funds r met under 76(1). Would u know what they mean by that ?

While I was trying to search Google on what 76(1) was, I instead found this doc with the designation/delegation of CIC officers, since there was a question before on the hierarchy of officer rankings that appear in the GCMS notes:

If that's the mistake then I think you can correct it easily using a Case Specific Enquiry (CSE), simply state you got information from GCMS notes concerning POF not met & explain that you might have made a mistake rounding down the minimum amount required when filling in the forms. Restate that you have more the minimum amount required in your submitted bank statement & if possible attach another bank statement to accompany the CSE.

I don't see where officer mentioned funds are met under 76(1) from the notes you've posted so I'm not really sure. All the best!

Congratulations on clearing the Internal Review Check. My notes which I ordered on 1 April and received on 19 April are similar to yours.

Just as an FYI, the Due Dates don't mean anything. I think they act like an 'Internal Reminder' to CIC agents to check on the status of your file. I also had a due date of 29 April. Nothing happened. My status has not changed since my case was transferred from CIO to Ottawa on 24 February. Hope this provides a little more insight.

Would anyone know what application type option to choose in the Case Specific Enquiry form, when sending additional supporting documents for my express entry - PR application (FSW Inland) ?

Should i opt for "Express entry" or something else like - "Verification of Status, replacement and ammendments of documents."

Exactly, the due dates doesn't do anything.
But to shower more light on that I have ordered another GCMS notes yesterday as mine was also 29 april.
