understanding GCMS notes

You'll need to provide more information for people here to help you I think (like at the very least the case comments in the last few pages of your notes).

Review required in Eligibility means they're unhappy with something you've provided and have probably asked the officer at your LVO to further review.

As for other requirements, I've not seen that before but I'd imagine you'd probably get a hint of what it's about somewhere in your notes.

Hi Guys,

I got my GCMS notes and they say the following:

CRIMINALITY:A:ASSED, NRT - All required PCs(India)/RCMP Fingerprints.

Does this mean they require PCC from India and Canada? I had already submitted them upfront when I applied for my application.

LOL, no, it means you PASSED NRT = no reported trace = no record. All good.

Is there anyone received GCMS after PPR email? Is there any indication you see on GCMS regarding PPR sent ? or from GCMS note can we predict PPR sent date?

CPC-0 RFV letter sent via email in a batch. No correspondence was generated as letter was sent in a batch via MS Word Letter template.

Eligibility: review requierd
And the midle of the gcms multiple time they said recomanded passed... like activity part... asesment part... i m so confused..... and the last gcms on 25 may 2017 the other request is in progress... do u have any idea what that mean??? Thank you again fo reply

The eligibility is recommended passed, but on a specific issue, the case analysts has deferred that issue to the Agent.
Eligibility is a two step process. First a case analyst will review the eligibility and make a recommendation. But if the case analyst is not sure on a specific document or an issue, the status will show review required. The IRCC agent will review it and make a final determination.

Since I have not seen your notes, can't say more.

Just received my GCMS notes and it says:


Eligibility: Recommanded Pass
Seciruty: Not Started
Criminality: In Progress
Medicals: Passed

Notes at the end says: I have verified this application under Section 11.2 of the IRPA and make the following determination. Recommendation: ***Appears to meet requirements***Ready to Finalize

What's the meaning of above note?? Please reply!

My group name is HF assessed, # 2-nc167bz

My group name is also same, Group# 2-NC167BZ, I am CEC inland, AOR Jan 8th, and so far no PPR or any thing. My GCMS notes says, Eligibility: Passed, Chimanality: passed, Medical: passed, but Security is blank.

If Security is blank, what does it mean?
Are there any more CEC inlanders with same group number? i.e.Group# 2-NC167BZ?

Ok heres the deal. My AOR is 28th April and Im an FSWO applicant. Below are the changes which have happened to my profile , however i havent cleared meds yet. In another group, ppl suggested that im inbetween IP1 & 2. However, i do not see that possibility since my meds havent cleared. Wrt GCMS, what is the purpose and for my status changes as below do you advise i get a GCMS done.
7th June- Meds- You do not need a med exam. We will send you a message if this changes
BG - Not applicable
14th June- Meds- You do not need a med exam. We will send you a message if this changes
BG - Not applicable
21st June- Meds- We are reviewing the results of your medical exam
BG - Not applicable
22nd June- Meds- We are reviewing the results of your medical exam

Yes you are between IP1 and IP2. And , IMO your meds are also cleared but someone just forgot to update the status.

GCMS notes are always helpful in knowing the detailed status of the application. I think everyone should order GCMS notes after 75-80 days of AOR.
