May i know your update as i am in same situation

If you have not landed as a PR yet then you absolutely need to update IRCC about the birth of your child. If you land without telling them, you're committing misrepresentation and this can have serious consequences.

If your kid was born AFTER you landed as a PR, it's not an issue.
