Unable to see letter of explanation section

I'm almost finished with uploading my documents and I'm about to submit my express entry application.

The strange thing is that I am unable to see "Letter of explanation" section, which was available as a separate section few days ago. Can anyone please check and confirm if I am the only one who is unable to see this section or they have removed it from express entry application for all.

I was advised to log out and log back into my account and it'll show up at the very end. It did

Don't worry Imran, this is normal. Logging back in, or going back to view profile etc. This is very common. Patience and try again. View submitted applications, and then go forward. Ultimately it will be there.
