Hi,

I am not sure whether this is still a recurring problem but I am unable to receive 30 bonus point for Canadian education.
I have a bachelor degree from University of Waterloo and what confuses me the most is this question:

Was this degree, diploma or certificate:
from a public post-secondary school, such as a college, trade/technical school, university or CEGEP (in Quebec)
from a private post-secondary school that operates under the same rules as public schools
a diplôme d'études professionnelles (DEP) or an attestation de spécialisation professionnelle (ASP) earned through a qualifying study program of at least 900 hours from a private school in Quebec, or
a Bachelor's, Master's or Doctorate degree from a Canadian private school that can legally award degrees under provincial law. (The student must have been enrolled in a study program that led to a degree as set out by the province.)

Since U of Waterloo is a public university in Ontario so I should say "No" to this question but then I am unable to enter DLI number. I tried submit this but the score point is still 0, I tried answer "Yes" and enter "DLI" number, but still got no point.

I searched in this forum but in the posts everyone choose "Yes" to this question...

Any help would be appreciated, thanks in advance.

Yes, yes it is.

Also, you'll see the points in 24 hours.

Yes same time tomorrow. It's probably already updated on their backend but for whatever reason it's taking a while for the changes to show on their website.
