Unable to pay WES Payment Online via Credit Card

Hi Friends. I am trying to make payment for ECA Package on WES Website using my husband's credit card but unable to do so after 3 attempts. Every time the error code says "Auth Declined". Has anyone experienced a similar situation? Any clues what might be going wrong?

check if it a VISA or MASTER card? u need an internationally valid card.

This is usually a problem with your bank - it refuses to authorize the payment, probably due to some automated security rule in place. Call your bank and explain the problem, and they should be able to help you and make the transaction go through.
