Unable to download from Arrima portal

I am unable to download my EOI detail in documents section on ARIMMA Portal.. The error pops up as “error communication with server” . What to do to see my EOI detail document, how to download?

Yes.... open the website in opera web browser on pc not mobile or any other gadget.
