Mon Projet Québec Web portal: Not able to download any attachments

I am the successful candidate of Aug, 2016.

I am facing problem with to download attachments or useful documents form Mon Project Quebec Web page.

For Example: The documents under "Certificat de sélection du Québec" >"Déclarations et contrats" link: https://monprojetquebec.immigration-quebec.gouv.qc.ca/Fr/pages/DocumentsUtiles.aspx. It show message : "Failed - Network Error".

Similarly I can't able to download any attachments from "My messages" after login. (https://monprojetquebec.immigration-quebec.gouv.qc.ca/Fr/pages/mesmessages.aspx)

Any body face same problem?
