Unable to donwload IMM5257 - SCH 1 FORM

Hello,

in order to complete with the requested documents for the approval of th eTA, i need to upload the IMM5257 - SCH 1 form, that you are suppose to download from the www.canda.ca web page. However I am unable to download the form. I have try with 3 diferente computer (PC an MAC). Does any one know how to get this form?

You have to open the file with Adobe Reader specifically. What program are you using to try and open the form? Did you download and install Adobe Reader?

Try opening the link in internet explorer, it doesn't open in another browser sometimes...

Didn't work either with explorer ... but manage to open it if you save the file in a folder, and open it file directly form Adobe Reader

I have tried all of the above suggestions, but still no luck. Error description: "The version of the document submitted is no longer accepted". Even though I checked at the bottom of the form and it's a 022018 form. Not sure what the problem is, can anyone please help?
