While evaluating PGDM from Welingkar, do we need to approach Welingkar for transcripts or Mumbai uni?

IQAS could work but the problem is timeline, it takes approx 6 months of time which I think is ridiculous. Will have to do some research on CES or ICAS.... Thanks for your input :)
