UK Visa Rejected - Can I Apply EE

Dear All,

I am a newbie to this forum and planning to apply EE to Canada, but have a rejected application in UK recently. Will there be any complication of that rejected application ?

Note: no criminal history in past 10 yrs in UK

I dont think so. But there might be an area where you need to explain any visa rejection details and its reason (probably proof as well) This should be convincing and should not be due to any fake documentations or any crimes.

Thanks for your reply, no the rejection not due to any crimes or any fake docs, it is in regards to discretion of a case worker thinking to reject the visa (Yes this might be strange but right now this is the situation in UK). Visa rejected due to applicant not filing his tax returns on time and because of this CW applied bad character clause and rejected the visa. do you think will there be any issues ?

Visa rejection from any country does not automatically disqualify you from immigrating to Canada under Express Entry but the reason for rejection could. Be forthcoming and honest with the reason for rejection.

To be honest I am not sure. Just be honest in your application and explain the circumstances in detail.

I am UK...i need to be careful on this

I am also sure whether this could be a reason. But honestly explain reason and may be saying a explain from you on why you missed to file tax.
