Hi I got express entry invitation but currently I’m in uk but last 10 years I’m illegally stay is that effect on my application?
And also can I apply further application or submit my file from uk or I have to go back and apply?
And so I need PCC OR PVC will valid from India ?

Do you have a valid passport? Can you get PCC from the UK? how old are you? 2 degrees? NOC? Very tough to get PR from outside Canada these days.
