I and my wife are both Permanent Resident of Canada. We have a son who is British citizen.
We have brought him to Canada on a temporary visa valid for 6 months.
We want to apply for his PR from within Canada.
We need some help in filling the forms.
Kindly can someone clear the below point for us.
1> IMM 5669 (Background Verification Form) - Do we need to fill this form for dependent child under 19yrs old?
2> IMM 5540 (Sponsor Questionnaire) - Do we need to fill this form?
3> Signture of Applicant (Infant) - I guess the main Sponsor will sign on his behalf, please confirm?
3> IMM 5406 (Additional Family Information) - Who is the principal applicant here, is it the infant or the sponsor
4> Is Police Certificate required for the infant or parent for the application
