IELTS -7.5
4.6 years of IT experience.
I have already to uOttawa for MS in CS (Course Work, Co-op option can be taken after the 1st sem, based on your academic performance) though for Fall 2016..

Haha... I completely understand it... but kindly don't change my gender whatsoever!...
I think as a fresher... U really need to show them good grades and good amount of extra circular activities.. Internship would be a very good plus..
If you're keen on Co-op program, then I suggest that you can work hard for it in your 1st sem.. You don't have to bother about it much during your admission...
Make sure you make a very good application!...

Like organized events as I was MSP of my college,
I was an active member of Tech. fest of our college.
I did 6 weeks internship at Bharat Electronics Limited (BEL)
And I will be doing 3 months Internship(training) at Tech. Mahindra from January onwards.

I think it should do, provided you present your resume and SOP very effectively...
Remember that you have to compete your profile with applicants having enough experience and almost percentiles..
So, make the other supplements like resume, SOP and other activities strongly presented to the University and of course apply early, we have Christmas round the corner and we all know universities would be close by then. Hence think wisely and make your application effective to stand a chance..
I cannot judge a person right away for a university since I, myself, an applicant to the same university.

For Univ of Ottawa, it's necessary that you give your basic details in application form and apply to university (Date of application matters to the universities a bit), later you can submit the docs to them by courier or mail.
Else, you can drop a mail to them asking their suggestion, I think they are the right ones to answer you well!...
Moreover application form doesn't ask for transcripts and all, rather for mere information on your academic background. Check on these and apply, probably once you get your result, send it to the university immediately to better your chances of admission since you have applied early (they will take your application on priority).

I think the docs are needed to be received by the university before the deadline. Make sure you do this!..
Since you're saying that the deadline is March 1st, you really need to pace up the submission for transcripts at the earliest when you receive them in mid- Feb!...
Personally I have already applied to the university, after 5 days (somewhat), I received a mail giving Student Number and other credentials to log into InfoWeb portal of Univ of Ottawa..
I have already send the docs and they asked me to send the docs before the deadline.. They must have reached the university by now..

You would have some clue!.. Maybe from next week, there would be Christmas holidays too!..
