Nope only if u spend 183 days post PR you need a PC

I applied for PC on 31st. The process I followed is

1. Went to Dubai police website.
2. Entered the information and selected option Do you have Emirates ID? I selected NO.
3. I didn’t enter any Emirates ID number.
4. Attached Photo
5. Attached Passport copy
6. Attached Dubai Visa copy which was for 2015

Paid through Canadian Visa card

Got my PC emailed after 7 hours.

Just for an update, if you have liked in UAE prior to becoming PR or you did not stay in any country for 183+ countries, u donot need PCC anymore.

Yes, it says that but I paid with my Canadian Visa Credit card and payment went through.

Try Visa or Mastercard.

Yes, I paid through my Visa card on this website. If you have another card try that. Make sure you click the box that you know that you can make payment through GCC cards. Tick that box.

It was my Capital One master card who didn't go through, I could paid with TD credit card. My question now is they send an electronic and hard copies or only electronic version?

No hard copy. Only electronic version in an email.

Hi All, wanted to know if you all had your fingerprints notarized + attested and sent to Dubai police? I never had an Emirates ID as I lived in Dubai before 2010, any idea if it is mandatory for me to get my fingerprints sent to Dubai police?

If you you do not have Emirates ID in that case you should get the finger printing process done...
