Hi all, I got acceptance from SFU in MSc Computing Science. Planning to apply for a Visa in a couple of days. But the bank statements that I have got are 15 days old, Should that be a problem or I should get the most recent ones.

Another question, I have got the GIC certificate but not paying off the first year tuition fee. I am showing sufficient funds in bank. Shall I include the property documents and CA report as well. I am doubtful as property is not mentioned anywhere in the CIC website.

Statement wont make the difference as its just 15 days old. I hope you are not withdrawing the money after that and the amount is same as you will mention in the forms.

It's sort of mandatory to pay the fees so better go for it.
you can show the Property evaluation as this can be used as home ties and nothing else.
