Me too have passports in process with IRCC from Jan 20,2022. I did send a mail to DELHIIMMIGRATION@international.gc.ca , but only received a generic response. So, waiting!!!

Not yet received, but it is dispatched from IRCC office but in portal it is still showing as pending ! So I am assuming that it is not stamped due to photo specification!

What size was your photo and where did you get it taken? What do you think the issue is with the photo?

My Outland spouse passport is under process at ircc Delhi from 28 January. When can I expect it will get stamped.

How any people have had their passports dispatched from IRCC without a counterfoil update?

yes, I received an email that it has been shipped from vfs using the courier partner. I haven’t received the package yet but the tracking id is the one assigned to my mother’s package when it was received.

Did you get a counterfoil generated status in the GC key portal?
