Hi,

Does anyone know where we have to mention our height and eye color while submitting passports to VFS ?

They sometimes refer to this as an Appendix (A or B, I can't remember).

But don't bother trying to find this Appendix - it's just a table with 'tombstone data' (name, date of birth, UCI, passport, etc) and height and eye colour. You can make your own table in word in two minutes.

I think VFS would accept if for a single applicant just an email or piece of paper saying the same as above (who it is idenitfying information and height and eye colour).

Picked up at home on July23, so exactly in 13 days got it back.
Work permit. Ict.

For the VFS pickup of the package, do we need to put the passport and other documents in a large envelope?

Also, once the VFS webform is raised how long does it take for the pickup to take place? As I'm travelling I was wondering if I can raise the webform now, will reach my location by Saturday.

I filled a webform just now for passport submission. One question how we made a payment.can i use my candian visa or debit or it should be indian card.i already paid 3050rs.as a prieum lounge service at the time of Biometric. So they will ask me more to pay now?

Hi Friends,

This is regarding my child passport request. What is the process to submit the passport. I saw a 2 way courier service is available, but it doesn’t have much details. My daughter is 2 years old and biometric is not required as per my knowledge. Can someone please guide me on how to submit the passport to VFS India in Chandigarh or Delhi? And what all the documents we need and how to make a payment.

Yes. You have to pay again.
