I too got the below/same email today. In my case as well, my passport went under process at IRCC on Friday 30th. I'm concerned as how so quickly is the status changed because in groups I've seen that it takes two weeks to get this status.
Is your GcKey status updated?

"The decision envelope for your application, tracking ID No. xxxxxxx has been dispatched from the IRCC Office, to the Canada Visa Application Centre in CVO-NEW DELHI"

Yes my passport was returned unstamped due to incorrect photo after 45 days ..I have sent it again..ur passport returned now ??

I got AWB no. from VFS Bangalore yesterday stating that the passport was dispatched to IRCC on July 2nd at 2:30 pm.
But the AWB is still no working. Does anyone know what's the issue?
And what is the use of tracking ID?

Yes my passport was returned unstamped due to incorrect photo after 45 days ..I have sent it again..ur passport returned now ??

No . It was in transit to ircc since friday. I m waiting again. Last time , i was also waited more than 45 days and now they are doing same. Some went to ircc on same day and we have to wait. Dnt understand what they are doing ?

I am on same boat!!! In transit to ircc since Friday.. I had called them but giving same answer that its their internal process and it will be updated by IRCC. They are providing general information which we can see online. I have mailed to vfs. waiting for reply
