Hi guys,

I have a couple of questions. My passport is received by VFS and I even have got an ack email. But, I didn't receive any return AWB number instead "You can now request for courier services for return of your passport post submission of your application. To avail the service please call our helpline number mentioned above." is mentioned. What should I do here?

Also, while using the tracking number I am getting "NO RECORDS FOUND".

P.S. It reached there today.

It seems like this is a part of a standard email sent when the package reaches VFS. I am assuming for people who did not opt for both way courier service. It was also mentioned in the first email I received from VFS...shouldn't be a cause for any concern in my opinion.
Also, I read on this forum that the return tracking id gets activated once the passport is dispatched by IRCC.

Return AWB number in ack email.
 
PPR-feb 25, passport picked-feb28 ircc processing-march 02, counterfoil generated -mar 21,dispatch message-march 22, waiting to recieve passport.
