Hi Nisha,

Pls dont give blue dart location address as ur address. VFS will most likely refuse it. Only mention that u can drop off/pick up in case the courier can't do so.
Okay. I will give an address close to a Blue Dart office, and will mention I can drop off/pick up in case the courier can't come to the home address

Yes. Those two pin codes r seviceable (KTM, Kochi). Most of the Pin codes from Kochi should be serviceable. You may want to first confirm the pin code at the blue dart location finder to see about their services. It still doesnt gurantee, depends on the person who handles Ur file at VFS. I don't think they have a standard approach. If u go through the posts, u can realize that. Good luck

Who is principal applicant father or mother and whose webform you raised first. As you raised both the webform using same email id , might be first webform got deleted or not considered, as I read somewhere while uploading webform do not send multiple webforms as earlier ones will not be considered, that might be a case, I am fearing the same in my case as I did the same way as you did. We have submitted separate passport submission form and here are the passport submission reference numbers:

  • Mothers name: Reference number
  • Fathers name: Reference number

I would like to inform you that my parents live in a village and there are no house numbers. Here is the complete address:

If you can please provide us with the option to drop and pick up at the nearest blue dart office that would be great.

Hi everyone. I need help urgently with vfs web form error that i am getting. I received passport request letter for vfs delhi. I am trying to fill the web form to request 2 way courier service and it says time and again invalid application number. Does any one have any idea why is that. I am using the same application number which is quoted in every email that i get from cic. The application number starts with F and then there are some numbers. Is it uci that i have to fill there? Is there a way to email vfs instead of web form?

When u apply for passport submission....also in the webform there is no place to mention the uci ....and is yr application for parents pr?

Hi, I had given my Kerala address for pick up of my parents passports for TRV. I received an email :
"we would like to inform you that address provided by you is not serviceable hence we request you to provide an alternate address for courier pickup or confirm if you could submit your passport along with other required documents at the Blue dart office or not.
Further, we would like to inform you that Blue dart Hal is also not authorized to accept the passport in Kerala state.
Further, kindly confirm if you may submit your passport at the below-mentioned Bluedart office.
Bluedart Address: 47-10-32, GROUND FLOOR GUTTIKONDA MANSION DWARAKANAGAR VIZAG 530016.
Furthermore, if you are unable to submit your passport at the Bluedart Vizag office. Request you to provide an alternate address for courier pickup. "

Will I have to courier their passports? :( Will all this get completed within 30 days? Really worried... can anyone please help with inputs....
They have pickup services in Kerala but in select PINCodes only.

What I did is as below.

I went to Bluedart website and check their pickup locations. Link below

https://www.bluedart.com/home#locationfinder

I also googled and checked PINCodes of nearby bluedart offices. And then finalised on 4/5 prominent location PINCodes in which I thought they might have pickup.

Then I emailed to VFS 5 alternate addresses in these different PINCodes asking them to check whether they can pickup from any of these locations Or to give me PINCodes in Bangalore if they cannot.

After a few days they confirmed they have pick up in 3 of the addressed I've emailed, and asked me to pick one of them.

Once I gave confirmation, they sent me the payment link.

After each email it took approx 3-5 days for them to respond. So be patient but send them a reminder email every morning at 8.00am-10.00am

Feeling Happy, I received my stamped passport and COPR letter today afternoon after 407 days from the AOR1..... Canada here I come !!!
My timeline is in my signature....

The very first email update from VFS global providing the tracking ID also mentions the return AWB no. ..... It reads like this "please find attach tracking id 2021xxxxxxxxxxxxx for futher reference awb no is xxxxxxxxxx"

My parents in Maharashtra(near Pune) got their VISA approval in March 2020. Then in October and November, my father got the passport submission email but not my mother. ( I think we missed adding her email address in one of the forms but both applications were linked to the GCKey account using my father's email. The same account received visa approval for both my parents).

My father was able to submit the passport for visa stamping through courier but VFS was adamant that my mom must receive passport submission email first before processing her request for the courier.

Since November, we have been trying to get in touch with the Canadian embassy to get the passport submission email for my mom and we have dropped dozens of emails to both VFS and High commission and it's all going in vain.

Does anyone have any suggestions on how to resolve this?

1) you should submit one Webform for each applicant
2) VFS team will circle back asking for UCI of all applicants
3) you have to provide the UCI of all applicants in that email response
4) VFS will then send you the payment link (one common link with a total amount for all applicants)
5) once you make the payment you will get AWB details and your pick up will be arranged
