How many days will it usually take to receive back the Visa stamped passport and COPR from IRCC Delhi?

I recently sent the passport via courier and on Monday, Mar 27 i got the update "Your application has been received and is under process at the IRCC Office".
Any ideas what’s the current processing time at IRCC Office New Delhi?

Canada PR (with all dependants)
31 March - Ready For Visa email (PPR / RFV)
4th April Submitted passport
5th April - Reached Delhi Canada VAC
6th April - Under process at IRCC office
<No updates after that>

Hi, I haven't heard back since April 4th (the day its under process), Current processing time is 20 days or 3 weeks so I am expecting dispatch email this friday or early next week.
