That's correct. It's because Bluedart picked up the package but they cannot ship that package until they get a go from VFS.Are you seeing the "No Records Found" for PA AWB on the BlueDart tracking website? https://www.bluedart.com/tracking

Interesting. We waited until our AWB number was showing up in the BlueDart tracker. Once it showed up in there (I think is said "Shipment label generated" or something like this), we then called the BlueDart and asked them when courier boy would pick up. The courier boy was away, so we asked if we could come by and drop the package and they said yes. We dropped it off and they shipped it immediately...but now I'm worried that we may have done it too early? In our case, Bluedart mentioned that VFS instructs them to send the package and until they get the green signal from the VFS, Bluedart will not ship the package. In our case, that's why Bluedart has only shipped two of the three AWBs (was delivered within a day) and the third one is still waiting to be shipped because Bluedart has not received instruction from VFS yet. Apparently, in their system, some link has to be activated by VFS. I dropped an email to VFS stating the situation, but did not receive any updates yet.
Your package was shipped so I would not worry too much. But yet, it seems like what they can do and cannot do depends on Bluedart location. It would be way easier just to ship our own package directly to VFS. But that's not the case unfortunately.Interesting. We waited until our AWB number was showing up in the BlueDart tracker. Agreed, being able to choose our own courier service for this whole thing would be much easier. Let's hope that everything goes smoothly though. It's so nerve wracking having such important documents move around like this.Your package was shipped so I would not worry too much. Absolutely, too many middlemen and steps to handle passports and important documents at such a late stage of the long PR process.Agreed, being able to choose our own courier service for this whole thing would be much easier. 1. They want the passport request email they sent you. Just print a copy of the email.Hi,
I got the RFV email today, but I'm confused about three things given by VFS:
1. They have asked for a passport submission letter - is that the RFV email? I didn't get any other letter
2. Appendix B is mentioned on the VFS Canada (in India) website. I didn't receive that in my RFV email either. How can I find it?
3. How do I share my eye colour and height? Can I just write it on a paper and add that to my package?
Please help!
That's a useful tip. Thank you !!!Here's a quick tip. You can actually call the BlueDart in your local area and get in touch with them. Tell them you have a pick up scheduled and simply ask them if you can come drop by the package if the courier boy hasn't come yet. We did exactly this and it was a seamless process. In fact, we felt better about this as we didn't need the courier boy in the middle of all this. Package has arrived at VFS too.
So that means, once our AWB number is activated by VFS, we would be able to see it in the Bluedart tracker even before it is actually picked up ?Interesting. In my case, the tracker shows 'No records found'. So most likely, the VFS hasn't activated the link. Hope it gets picked up tomorrow atleast.Interesting. Not aware of anything as such.Hi guys,
Does anyone know of any forum for post receiving CoPR related queries like for landing procedure, finding rentals etc
Thank you! This helps a lot1. They want the passport request email they sent you. Just print a copy of the email.
2. I don't think you need any Appendix B, never heard of anyone sending this.
3. Make a simple table in Microsoft Word that contains UCI, Application Number, name, eye colour and height.
Just make sure to include these key documents and you'll be fine: PPR letter (passport request email), VFS consent form, VFS courier form, passport, and 2 photos.
No, you will not be able to see it. I don't know how VFS and Bluedart coordinate but until Bluedart registers your package after pick up, you will see 'No Records Found' on Bluedart tracking. So that means, once our AWB number is activated by VFS, we would be able to see it in the Bluedart tracker even before it is actually picked up ?
Here's how I understood it. Once we pay VFS the courier payment, at some point they will submit this information to BlueDart. Once BlueDart has this information, they create the shipping label and now everything is in there hands. At this stage, it's up to BlueDart to collect the passport whenever possible (likely within a 72 hour time window). The AWB number is something that is entirely related to BlueDart and VFS has no actual control over it.No, you will not be able to see it. That's what worries me because my package was picked up by Bluedart but I dont see any details yet for the third one. Other two packages have already been delivered to VFS.
