"Two or more certificates, diplomas or degress" - Clarification needed

Hello all,

I have an ECA report for my bachelors degree already and my overall CRS is 443. But to improve my CRS further, i'm considering the option of including an additional educational credential.

As per CIC's terms, 2 or more certificates, diplomas or degrees would yield some additional points for CRS. Since I do have a bachelor's degree (4 years course), i need any post graduate certificate, diploma or degree.

I have found a six months post graduate certificate course from an indian university (IGNOU) on 'Cyber Law' and interested in it. If I do this course and receive the post graduate certificate, will this be considered as an additional credential.? Unlike PG Diplomas, this is a short term course and takes up just six months. Does WES evaluates these post graduate certificate credentials (other than diplomas and degrees)?
