Two or more Certificates, Diplomas or Degrees

Hello everyone,

I have two Bachelors degrees, one from an Egyptian College and the other is from a University in the USA.
I obtained the American degree through a program that I enrolled in at my Egyptian college and after I finished, I now have two Bachelors degrees.

I had my ECA completed, and it states that I had Bachelor's degree from the American University and another Bachelor's degree from my Egyptian University with a remark saying that I "Enrolled in a program offered by multiple institutions".

After checking this post, things were clear and now I understand that I should choose "Two or more Certificates, Diplomas or Degrees" when filling out the forms in my profile:

I have two questions:
1- Do I choose "Two or more Certificates, Diplomas or Degrees" in both degrees when filling the form, or do I select one of them and put that and the other just put Bachelor's?
2- The American degree, do I select Egypt as the country of study even if the University is actually American? or do I put the Country and City of that American University in the USA?

You need to clarify - did you actually do two degrees? So you did your first degree in Egypt, then enrolled after you graduated again in your egyptian college to do a 2nd degree, that is somehow connected with an american university?

It seems even the ECA are suggesting its just one degree?

Did you ever go to the US?

1) You chose "Two or more Certificates, Diplomas or Degrees" since you have ECA's for two degrees.

2) If it's an American university that issued the degree (i.e, it reads "American University's Name Here" on the actual degree paper), you should list that city, state and/or country. Maybe provide a Letter of Explanation when you submit all your documents. I would think an American university's name with another country's address might raise a few red flags. When it comes down to it, I think the ECA looks at the quality, length of program, and curriculum of the issuing university, not the physical location of it (hence the reason why some institution's Masters degrees only equate to a Canadian bachelors).

It seems like I was a bit vague in my original post.

I attended both at the same time, in Egypt, and I have never been to the USA, it is like an agreement between that American University and the Egyptian University to provide their Bachelor's education and degree alongside the Egyptian one.

I have a Bachelor's degree from the Egyptian University, and I have a separate Bachelor's degree from the American University and that one was mailed to me from the US after I graduated. You can say that they were two separate programs or I was attending two different Universities at the same time.

If I am to choose "Two more certificates", do I choose this in both slots in the profile? like there is a slot for the American University and another slot for the Egyptian University where I should choose.

About sending a letter to explain the situation further, how do I do that or where and when do I send that letter? If there is a link somewhere, that would be fantastic.
