about my current residence card or..

2)it says if your native language is not English or French
what do you use but option is only English, French or neither

I have only passport from India nothing else any idea what document it can
be from India.

This card issued to the citizens of their respective country , I don't think the identity of UAE is acceptable as ur Indian national.

What about the ID card now issued by home office uk for foreign nationals?Is this not the one ppl need put if applying from uk??
