I requested to WES for re evaluation and they sent me a new report in which the summary is mentioned as Secondary School Diploma and Diploma 2 Years and Bachelors Degree 4 Years. So i have selected two or more diploma or degree option. You can choose which one you think suits your qualification. If u have same as mine then IMO you can choose two or more diploma and degree option.
I agree with Vivek here and logic is as follows if we go by CIC help section

How do I answer the question in Express Entry about my education if I have two or more degrees or diplomas?
To get the correct number of points, make sure you choose the answer that best reflects your case.
For example: For each entry, if you have two Bachelor degrees, or one Bachelor and a two-year college diploma, choose “Two or more certificates, diplomas, or degrees. One must be for a program of three or more years.”
If you have more than two degrees or diplomas, you will not get any extra points. You should choose the same option as above, unless you have:
a master’s degree, or
a doctoral level degree (PhD).
You will get more points for a master’s or a doctorate, so if you have one, choose it from the drop-down menu
=====
so it says ... if you have two Bachelor degrees, or one Bachelor and a two-year college diploma, choose “Two or more certificates, diplomas, or degrees. One must be for a program of three or more years.”
Two-year degree, diploma or certificate from a program at a university, college, trade or technical school, or other institute
ECA assessment results:
College Diploma
College Diploma (two years)
Diploma (two years)
Two-year diploma
Two-year diploma in [name of discipline]
Secondary school diploma and diploma (two years)
Associate Degree
Associate of [Arts/Science] degree
Post-secondary Diploma with a focus in [area of concentration]
Two-year post-secondary Diploma with a focus in [area of concentration]
Two-year associate degree
So if somebody has CANADIAN EQUIVALENCY SUMMARY showing as any one of the below
College Diploma and bachelor's degree (four years)
College Diploma (two years) and bachelor's degree (four years)
Diploma (two years) and bachelor's degree (four years)
Secondary school diploma and diploma (two years) and bachelor's degree (four years)
..etc
Then IMO , we can choose “Two or more certificates, diplomas, or degrees. One must be for a program of three or more years.”
Previously I had WES original report evaluated in Apr 2015
CANADIAN EQUIVALENCY SUMMARY
Bachelor's degree (four years)
and now I sent inquiry to WES on 16th May 2016 and got response with-in 4 days with my revised report as
CANADIAN EQUIVALENCY SUMMARY
Diploma (two years) and bachelor's degree (four years)
Revised ECA Report (original completed on April 27, 2015)
I am going to update my EE profile and will select two or more certificate now, hoping my Education point increased from 112 --> 119
